Regular base rate work is on an as-available basis. No guarantees for turnaround or delivery time unless otherwise agreed upon in context of a specific project.

On call available Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am - 10:00 pm only. On call must be arranged at least 3 days in advance and may not be available depending on other obligations. Guaranteed response time: 60 minutes, onsite response guaranteed 2 hours.
